Senior Programmes Officer, Executive Education - Ref:B04-03431

The Senior Programmes Officer (Executive Education) acts as the administrative lead for all the UCL School of Management’s executive education programmes, both open-access and custom-designed. The postholder will support the design, development and delivery of in-person and online programmes. The post requires first class customer service skills and the ability to build professional relationships with a range of prospective and existing clients, therefore the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is paramount. Thorough attention to detail and accuracy in work is vital and the post holder will be expected to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of administrative processes associated with the delivery of the School’s executive education portfolio. The postholder will work collaboratively with other members of the Programme Management team, as well as other staff in the School of Management, to build our reputation as a pre-eminent provider of executive education programmes.

Key Requirements - The post holder will have excellent oral and written communication skills which enable the post holder to interact and develop effective relationships with members of academic staff, senior decision makers and company executives and proven customer service skills of the highest level and the ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a range of people and organisations.
