Blaine Landis

Biography
I’m an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior in the School of Management at University College London. I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cambridge.
Research
I study how people navigate the challenges and opportunities that arise in the context of their informal relationships at work. My research program largely focuses on topics in the areas of social networks, personality, and interpersonal perception, using a wide variety of methodological approaches. My research has been published in Organization Science, Psychological Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Academy of Management Annals, and covered in outlets such as The Economist, Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review.
