Jacob (Jake) is a PhD Researcher at UCL School of Management. Leveraging my experience in the performing arts with my time as an accountant in corporate America I have developed research interests of creativity, play, and authenticity in the workplace. Using qualitative methods, I am interested in studying how we can make the working world more creative, playful, and authentic.

My current research project examines the audition process across in person and online mediums.

Jake is currently looking to begin an ethnographic project that explores authenticity and playfulness in the creative industries.
