Kevin (MA, MBA) has had considerable experience in the Telecommunications industry, leading projects in the Marketing and Customer Service area. He specialised in launching new telephones, Yellow Pages computerisation and Phone Book commercialisation, redesign and relaunch. He was responsible for introducing call pricing for internet service providers, as well as Freephone pricing and has also been involved in corporate culture change and business process re-engineering programmes. Kevin has gained wide academic experience, teaching at a number of universities in London. At UCL, as well as teaching Project Management to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, he is the Module Leader for both IT Project Management and Information World.
