Adam Kingl (www.adamkingl.com) is an author, educator, keynote speaker and consultant. His book, Next Generation Leadership, about multigenerational collaboration and the future of work, was published by HarperCollins in 2020. His second book, Sparking Success: Why every leader needs to develop a creative mindset, was published by Kogan Page in 2023.  Adam’s third book Executive Eats, about the confluence of nutrition, wellness and performance (including 100 recipes!) was published by Practical Inspiration in June 2026. Adam is the Programme Director for UCL’s executive education open programme The Future of Work: Leading with Inspiration and Purpose.Adam was previously the Executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions for London Business School Executive Education. He served on the School’s Executive Education Board and was responsible for representing the School’s research, transforming it into many formats for a practitioner audience. He led the team accountable for programme design and quality, where he created the School’s pedagogy and impact assessment methodology.Adam also served on the steering committee for the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), which creates standards for and accredits corporate universities and learning functions.Adam has taught courses in areas such as unleashing personal and team creativity, strategic innovation, organisational culture, generational paradigms of work and leadership, and fulfilling organisational and personal purpose to organisations including ADNOC, Allianz, Anglo American, Carlsberg, CERN, Disney, European Central Bank, HSBC, LVMH, Nestle, Oman Oil, Tesco and Zurich.Adam has spoken at conferences including the Global Leadership Summit, FT-Coca Cola Enterprises Future of Sustainability Summit, World Expo-Business International Milan and the Future Talent Conference. He has contributed to and been interviewed by publications including The Financial Times, Sunday Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Guardian and Fast Company.

Adam holds degrees from London Business School, UCLA and Yale. He was raised in Silicon Valley, California, and now lives in London.
