Jiafan Lu is a PhD candidate in Marketing at UCL School of Management. Prior to joining the doctoral programme, Jiafan received an MEng in Industrial Engineering & Economics from Tokyo Institute of Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from South China University of Technology. His research interests lie in quantitative marketing, empirical industrial organisation, platform design, and consumer search.
