UCL School of Management Events

At the UCL School of Management, we know how important it is to choose a postgraduate programme that’s the right fit for you - one designed to help you reach your career ambitions and personal goals.

This autumn, our Student Recruitment Team will be travelling across the globe to meet prospective students in person. Join us to:

  • Learn more about our BSc, MSc, MBA, and other degrees
  • Get tailored insights into how our programmes can support your future career
  • Ask questions and receive personalised advice from our team

For certain postgraduate events, you may have the opportunity to schedule a 1:1 meeting with our team to discuss your CV, background, study plans, and career goals. During these meetings, you will receive personalised advice on your application and eligibility. If in-person appointments are not available, you can contact our team to arrange a video call. Please note: these calls are subject to the availability and schedule of our team, and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed.

Before requesting a meeting, please ensure you meet the minimum criteria for your chosen program, as requests from individuals who do not meet these criteria may be denied. If you’re unsure, contact our team at mgmt.comms@ucl.ac.uk for guidance.

All recruitment fairs and 1:1 meetings are free to attend, but advance registration is essential. Click on your chosen city below to access the registration page and secure your place.

Drop-in Sessions

We are delighted to share that every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00-14:00 UK time, a member of the Student Recruitment Team will be hosting a drop-in session.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about the school, our programmes and how it can help you take that next step in your career.

These sessions are informal open drop-ins – so you can join anytime between 12:00 – 14:00 UK time. You will need to register in advance to receive a joining invitation link via Microsoft Teams.

You can email us at mgmt.comms@ucl.ac.uk with further questions or to request additional information. We encourage you to stay connected via our official social media channels and mailing lists for future event updates.
Does attendance at events affect my application chances?

Attending UCL School of Management recruitment events does not directly affect your chances of admission, as attendance is not a factor in application assessment or selection decisions. The admissions team evaluates applications based on academic qualifications, personal statement, and programme requirements, not event attendance.

However, participating in these events offers indirect benefits that can strengthen your application:

  • Gain a clearer understanding of the programmes, entry criteria, and what makes a strong application.
  • Receive personalised advice from recruitment staff who can help you tailor your personal statement or highlight relevant experiences.
  • Connect with alumni and faculty for insights and clarification on what the School is looking for.
  • Learn about important deadlines, required documentation, and the admissions process, reducing the chance of errors or missed information.
  • Opportunity for 1:1 advice on eligibility, CVs, and study plans - which may make your application more competitive if you act on feedback.
